Social events at SHC make a real difference to our club and make us stand out above all others! By coming together for our socials, you’re not just having a great time with teammates, friends, and supporters; you’re directly helping us keep hockey accessible for the next generation. Every ticket sold, raffle entered, and drink poured contributes to us building the Club on and off the pitch including our

Hockey 4 All outreach programme which provides FREE Youth hockey for all under 12s, ensuring every child can enjoy the game and be part of soemthing positive regardless of their background. These events are a fun and a rewarding way to give back to our lovely members while strengthening the Club we all love. 🏇🐎 Race Night - Saturday 15th November 🐎🏇

Our Race Night is set to be an evening full of excitement, laughter, and friendly competition! All gather round to watch thrilling video replays of horse races, place small bets on their favourites, and cheer them on to victory. It’s a night for all ages and is enjoyed by all! Get your £1 coins ready and come and join the fun!

🪩Silent Xmas Disco - Saturday 13th December🪩

Choose from multiple playlists to match your vibe, whether you’re into party anthems, classic hits, or festive favourites. Take your headphones off and you’ll hear the hilarious mix of everyone’s singing — it’s all part of the fun! It’s the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit and celebrate with friends before the season Christmas break.

🧩 Taskmaster - Saturday 21st February 🧩

Inspired by the hit TV show, teams will take on a series of weird and wonderful challenges that test your wit, teamwork, and sense of humour. No special skills required — just bring your best ideas and a willingness to have fun! Expect plenty of surprises, friendly competition, and loads of laughs along the way. It’s a brilliant night for players and spectators alike, so gather your friends, form a team, and see who will be crowned our club’s ultimate Taskmaster Champions!

🍻Season Closing Social - Saturday 28th March🍻

This social marks the closing of the clubhouse for another hockey season. Come along to drink the bar dry and have a get together at the club before the finale! It's a chance for teams, players, family members, friends to hnag out at the clubhouse, spend their fines, get some pizza in and download.

🏆Awards Night - Saturday 11th April🏆

Our Awards Night is the highlight of the season — a chance to celebrate all the hard work, achievements, and unforgettable moments that made the season so special. Join us for an evening of celebration, laughter, and camaraderie as we recognise players, teams, and volunteers who’ve gone above and beyond. With great food, drinks, and plenty of stories from the pitch, it’s the perfect way to wrap up the season in style and toast to another amazing year of hockey!

Hello and welcome to Sittingbourne Hockey Club; the number one hockey club in Sittingbourne and Swale.

We are a Kent-based hockey club in the Borough of Swale currently running 5 senior men's teams and 3 senior women's teams with multiple junior teams as part of our ever growing Youth Academy.

We work closely within our community providing various sessions for all ages and abilities via our Hockey 4 All initiative.

Year on year we are seeing huge expansion - come and be part of it. Our facilities are first class with pitch-side clubhouse and full AI video analysis.
