SITTINGBOURNE HC HIT THE RUNNING TRACK AT THE SWALE ATHLETICS EVENT HOSTED BY TUNSTALL SCHOOL

SHC were invited to attend the Swale Athletics Club event at Tuntstall School on Saturday 8th July 2023.

Around 60 kids took part in the event with 100 parents & guardians there to support them.

We were able to meet some incredible young people and they we able to test their skills on our obstacle course and goal shooting course. Plenty of prizes were handed out and we even had some parents take home the big prizes after seeing their children have a go.

Thank you to Swale Athletics and the Tunstall School PTA for allowing us to be a part of a wonderful event.

We would also like to thank the Sittingbourne Mayor, Cllr Sarah Stephen, for taking time out of her busy schedule to discuss all things hockey and how we are providing free hockey to anyone under 16. This wouldn’t be possible without all the kind donations and of course our wonderful sponsors - @thekentnirvanagroup.
