H.I.I.T. IN THE PARK - BRING THE ENERGY & GRIT


During hockey training sessions the focus is on skill development and set plays, as this is the only session provided each week. There is a responsibility on each player to ensure they are working on being game fit, in their own time.


This coming season, we want each SHC team to able to out run, out last and out-play their opposition. That energy and grit you bring to each game will help score that last minute winner.


When you hear FITNESS TRAINING, you automatically think of running around in circles, low energy, low motivation & forced to do more than you are capable of.


The good news is, HIIT IN THE PARK will not be a traditional workout session. It is about building your hockey energy and grit. It is tailored to all abilities - you control your level of intensity. Most of all, this is fun, exciting and will allow you to socialise while working hard.


Dates: Tuesdays 26th April – 5th July

Time: 7:00pm to 7:45pm

Cost: FREE

Where: Meet at the end of the Avenue of Remembrance in Albany Park

Bring a towel, water and wear comfortable active gear.
